ESPN\u2019s Adam Schefter reports the contract is for five years.
Earlier in the day, Cleveland.com reported that Minter had taken himself out of the running for the same job with the Browns.
He previously worked with the Ravens from 2017-20 in various assistant coaching roles.<\/p>\n
