\nIndusInd Bank Limited has named Ravi Kumar Pangal as its new CIO, strengthening its senior leadership as the bank advances its technology and digital priorities.In his new role, Pangal will be responsible for leading the bank\u2019s overall technology function, including core banking platforms, IT infrastructure, digital initiatives, data capabilities, and cybersecurity. He will play a key role in aligning technology investments with business strategy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scalable, secure growth across retail and corporate banking.Pangal brings over three decades of experience in banking and financial services technology. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he held senior technology leadership roles at global organisations including HSBC and SCOPE International AG. At HSBC, he served as Global CIO for core banking and led large, complex technology programmes spanning platform modernisation, digital enablement, and risk and compliance systems.
