A magical new trailer for Disney\u2019s upcoming \u201c Beauty and the Beast \u201d debuted during ABC\u2019s \u201cThe Bachelor\u201d on Monday night.
The film\u2019s Gaston and Le Fou \u2014 Josh Gad and Luke Evans \u2014 co-hosted the episode to promote the film. The trailer previews the film\u2019s version of the titular song \u201cBeauty and the Beast\u201d performed as a duet between Ariana Grande and John Legend.
\u201cWhat happens when the last petal falls?\u201d Emma Watson\u2019s Belle asks in the footage, which teases her journey from her small hometown to the Beast\u2019s castle complete with singing and dancing cutlery.
Bill Condon directed the adaptation, which also stars Dan Stevens as the Beast, Ewan McGregor as Lumi\u00e8re, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, and Audra McDonald as Madame de Garderobe.
Eight-time Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken, who won Oscars for best original score and best song for the 1991 animated hit, and penned songs for \u201cAladdin\u201d and \u201cThe Little Mermaid,\u201d provided the score, which will include new recordings of the original tunes written by Menken and Howard Ashman, as well as new songs written by Menken and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice.
\u201cBeauty and the Beast,\u201d produced by Mandeville Films\u2019 David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman, invites you to theaters on March 17.
