The euro was at $1.1909-1909, down from $1.1992-1992, and at \u00a5133.66-68, down from \u00a5134.32-33.<br \/>The greenback climbed to around \u00a5112.40 early in the morning, because hopes for economic stimulus measures grew ahead of the anticipated election and investors were relieved to see North Korea take no further provocative action over the weekend, market sources said.<br \/>The U.
