ATLANTA (AP) _ American Software Inc. (AMSWA) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $10.3 million.
The Atlanta-based company said it had profit of 34 cents per share.
The enterprise software provider posted revenue of $26.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $14.6 million, or 49 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $106.3 million.
American Software shares have risen 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $11.97, an increase of 22 percent in the last 12 months.
