The pop star promised to donate to sexual assault survivors after her victory in court against an ex-Denver radio host who she claims groped her, and has already singled out Mariska Hargitay’s Joyful Heart Foundation as the recipient of her donation.
«Taylor is aware of the Joyful Heart Foundation and follows our work, » Maile M. Zambuto, CEO of the Joyful Heart Foundation, told the Huffington Post. «Her team got in touch with me and we talked a lot about her commitment, all along throughout this ordeal, to wanting to be of service to survivors.»
Zambuto did not reveal the amount the singer planned to donate, but called it an «extremely generous financial investment.»

Swift, 27, said in a statement Monday that her moment on the stand was «fighting for me and anyone who feels silenced by a sexual assault.»
«My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves.»
She will also donate to a number of other organizations that benefit and assist victims of sexual assault, according to the Huffington Post .
«SVU» star Hargitay launched the organization in 2004 and they have worked to assist more than 18,000 individuals who have been victims of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.
