Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden says he hopes President Donald Trump will adhere to the rules in the second and final presidential debate. Speaking to reporters on Thursday afternoon, Biden said, “Hopefully [Trump]’s gonna play by the rules. Hopefully, everybody’s been tested.” “Hopefully, it’s all worked out the way the rules are. I’m looking forward to this,” he added. Trump and Biden are scheduled to face off for just the second time this election cycle — after an earlier debate was scrapped — on Thursday night.
