Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) is firing back at former Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) after she called for an investigation into him. During an appearance on Fox News on Thursday, Raffensperger was asked about his plans as it appears the Republican Party “might be pushing” him “to the side” after he pushed back on former President Donald Trump’s baseless allegations of widespread fraud in the presidential election. “Many people support what I have done, when I talk to people throughout the state… there were still some hard feelings from some of the people, but many of the people understood that we did everything right — they didn’t like the results, but neither did I,” Raffenserger responded as he said he plans to run for reelection in 2022.
