It’s a big week for Iowa high school football. Dowling and Valley will take the field in the state’s biggest rivalry game.
Week 8 of the Iowa high school football season is here. We’ll have plenty of coverage for you throughout the evening. Cody Goodwin is on hand for the state’s biggest rivalry game between No.6 Dowling Catholic (4-3) and No.3 Valley (6-1). The Tigers have won five in a row. Alyssa Hertel is at Ankeny Centennial (3-4) which hosts No.2 Southeast Polk (6-1). The Rams are coming off a close call with No.10 Cedar Rapids Prairie. Joseph Randleman is at Ames where the Little Cyclones (4-3) will host Des Moines Lincoln (4-3).
