The feature will be available as part of tablet mode
Microsoft is working on improving the tablet experience on Windows 11, and a recent discovery reveals that the company plans to enhance the way you interact with the taskbar when this mode is enabled. @thebookisclosed revealed on Twitter that the Redmond-based software giant wants to provide users with an option called “Automatically hide the taskbar when using your device as a tablet,” as the company is apparently working on bringing back some original tablet mode options. At this point, however, nobody knows for sure when this feature is supposed to make its way to all users, but for now, the development is believed to be in the early phases.
