The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) signed an agreement with the government of India granting qualified local government units (LGUs) $50,000 in aid for infrastructure projects and development facilities.
According to DILG in a statement on Wednesday, Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. and Indian Ambassador to the Philippines Shambhu Kumaran signed the said memorandum of agreement on Feb.
