Ascent: Infinite Realm is being published by Bluehole the same studio that is behind Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds. Here is what you need to know.
Bluehole’s Ascent: Infinite Realm Reveal Trailer has just been released and it is getting the grinding that you would expect keeping in mind that this is the same studio that is working on Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds and we all know what is wrong with that game. There is some impact on Bluehole’s Ascent: Infinite Realm as well as we can see choppy FPS.
Much like Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, it seems that Ascent: Infinite is not going to be well optimized either. This game is in the alpha stage right now and there could be some improvements along the line but that is what we have been hoping for in Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds as well. I think this might not be the best time for Bluehole to be releasing a new game into the market.
Kakao is the development team behind the game and I hope that they can do better than PUBG developers. These are the same people that brought you Black Desert, so things could be interested but I would not keep hopes up just yet. Ascent: Infinite Realm has a Final Fantasy vibe to it but that could just be me. You can check out the trailer below:
Destiny just came out on PC and the grind is real so now might not be the right time for pushing such a game keeping in mind how well Destiny is optimized for PC and how it has been made from the ground up just for the platform. We will have to see how things end up.
