Find out here: https:\/\/t.co\/LeANUYsngv<br \/>\u2014 Paula Lavigne (@pinepaula) December 13,2018<br \/>The report details the sickening violations that occurred in many of these kitchens:<br \/>Chicken, shrimp and sushi festering at dangerous temperatures that can breed bacteria; employees wiping their faces with their hands and then handling food for customers; cooks sweating over food; beef blood dripping on a shelf; moldy or expired food; dirty utensils or contaminated equipment; and the presence of live cockroaches and mice.<br \/>ESPN\u2019s analysis of the 16,000 food safety inspection reports obtained from local health departments found that 28 percent of the venues incurred high-level violations, with some much worse than others.<br \/>What\u2019s lurking in your stadium food?
