Slated to launch on December 17th, the mid-range handset will be the world’s first to sport a whopping 48-megapixel sensor on the rear panel. It’s is also going to be among the first smartphones to have a selfie camera mounted onto the screen. Now, just days ahead of the official unveiling, alleged press renders of the Nova 4 has surfaced online to give you a proper first look of the device.
Notably, the press renders leaked by Droid Shout are in line with the official teasers of the handset. Therefore, the display hole at the top-left corner is for selfie camera. Owing to that, there’re no bezels or notch on the Nova 4; however, you can still notice a chin. The back panel of the device seems to have a fingerprint sensor and a triple camera setup with 48-megapixel sensor backed by Huawei’s AI assistant. The edges of the device are not quite visible, but we can say for sure that the right spine has a power button and volume rocker. The display size is not known at the moment, but it’s reported to bear a full-HD+ panel with 1,080 x 2,310 pixels and an unconventional aspect ratio of 19.25:9. A 3,750mAh battery is expected to fuel the device, while, on the software side, it’s said to boot Android Pie-based EMUI.
The rest of the details of Nova 4 like the price and availability are expected to be known at the time of launch.
