The male teenager was airlifted to Baptist Hospital Saturday afternoon.<\/b>
\nDanbury, N. C. \u2014 A 17-year-old is in the hospital after falling 30 feet while hiking at Hanging Rock State Park.
The male teenager was airlifted to Baptist Hospital Saturday afternoon.
Public Information Officer for N. C. State Parks said it wasn’t known yet how or why the teen hiker fell.
Hall said it was fortunate he didn’t fall further and very fortunate he’s alive.
Winston-Salem Fire and Rescue helped with airlifting.<\/p>\n
