Microsoft has noted that the company tested version 0.29.1 and 0.29.2 internally but they were not publicly released. Here is the full changelog for the update: Just a couple of days back, PowerToys received version 0.29 update that brought improvements and bug fixes to the Color Picker, FancyZones and PowerToys Run. Furthermore, it also added an option to extract the MSI from the.exe. If you are interested in trying out PowerToys on Windows 10, you can download the version 0.29.3 update from the GitHub page.
