As you could easily guess by simply reading the name of the extension, its purpose is to bring iCloud passwords to the world of Windows. So if you previously saved your passwords with Safari in Apple\u2019s cloud, now you can access them on a Windows device using Google Chrome. \u201ciCloud Passwords allows you to use the same strong Safari passwords you create on your Apple device, with Chrome on Windows,\u201d Apple explains. Of course, the extension doesn\u2019t work only on Google Chrome but on the entire army of Chromium-powered browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi, Opera and others.
