The features are already available on Xbox Series X|S inputs.<\/b><br \/>\nEarlier today, Microsoft teased that Xbox Insiders could expect a surprise in a few hours. Well, the company delivered! There&#8217;s a new controller update rolling out for Alpha Skip-Ahead and Alpha Insiders and will be available to other flight rings in the coming weeks. The update \u2014 keep in mind that it may cause issues with your controller \u2014 improves cross-device connectivity because it uses Bluetooth Low Energy and, more importantly, reduces latency by implementing a system called Dynamic Latency Input (DLI). You can read about both of them below as seen in Xbox Wire. This is excellent news because you won&#8217;t need to buy a new controller to experience reduced latency. DLI makes a noticeable difference when you&#8217;re using an Xbox Series X| S controller, and being able to use it on your Xbox Elite Controller will be really beneficial in first-person shooters and other games that require split-second decisions.
