For San Diego State… The Aztecs have won four games in a row after dropping a late October contest to Fresno State. Before that, San Diego State won six games in a row to start the campaign. They are playing in their third MWC title game in program history but first since 2016. This game could prove to be fascinating given that each side has pretty drastically different extreme strengths. The Aztecs, for example, are second in the country in run defense, giving up just 78.7 yards per contest. The Aggies, though, are 15th in the country in passing yards per game.
