\nDonald Trump\u2018s entire Cabinet came in for a drubbing when \u201cSaturday Night Live\u201d returned from holiday break this weekend. The sketch show\u2019s crowded cold open took shots at Kristi Noem, Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth and JD Vance.
The Department of Homeland Security head was played by cast member Ashley Padilla for the first time. Taking over for Tina Fey, Padilla\u2019s Noem lauded ICE\u2018s performance in Minneapolis as \u201cperfect\u201d and shouted out her \u201chair and makeup team, who absolutely hate me.\u201d
She went on to share what type of American ICE is looking for in their ongoing, flagging recruitment campaign.
\u201cWell, let me ask you this: is your neck wider than your head? Are you currently wearing a Punisher T-shirt? Have you ever punched a hole in the wall because your son took a dance class?\u201d she said. \u201cIf the answer is yes, then grab a gun, any gun, and saddle up, big boy.\u201d
Vance tried to join in the tough talk of the Trump Cabinet. Played by new addition Jeremy Culhane, the vice president warned. that he was here to \u201ckick bubblegum and chew ass.\u201d
Weekend Update coanchor Colin Jost reprised his role as Hegseth, taking a moment to mock viral videos of the defense secretary\u2019s kettlebell workout routine. Jost lifted a kettlebell and humped the air, leading James Austin Johnson\u2019s Trump to remark \u201ceven I know you\u2019re doing that wrong.\u201d
Workout finished, Hegseth praised the United States\u2019 recent incursion into Venezuela and salivated at the idea of attacks on Iran.
\u201cWe\u2019ve been rocking out with our c\u2019s out all over the world,\u201d Hegseth said. \u201cWe dunked on Venezuela. Next, we\u2019re gonna sack-tap Iran. I\u2019m gonna put the Ayatollah in the cuck chair. I\u2019m going to tell him, \u2018if I-ah-tol you once, I-ah-tol-ah you a thousand times: You don\u2019t dare kill your protesters! That\u2019s our thing!’\u201d
