PAUL CHURCH RIOTS\u201d was over a photo of Lemon.<br \/>Lemon, formerly of CNN, has state he was not a protester, but a journalist covering the protests in Minneapolis.<br \/>He has been working as an independent journalist he was fired by CNN in 2023.<br \/>FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X, \u201cEarly this morning, @FBI and @HSI_HQ partners arrested four individuals in connection to the January 18 coordinated targeting of Cities Church in Minnesota: Don Lemon, Trahern Jeen Crews, Georgia Fort, and Jamael Lydell Lundy.<br \/>Fort, a Minneapolis-based independent journalist, live-streamed her arrest by federal agents.<br \/>Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote \u201cmore details soon\u201d in her post on X where she announced the arrests.<br \/>Many have criticized the arrests as an affront to the First Amendment.<br \/>Journalist Chuck Todd wrote, \u201cWhen the desire to \u2018own the libs\u2019 leads the executive branch to celebrate a blatant violation of someone\u2019s Constitutional rights. And the media puppets celebrating this are proving they have no interest in protecting speech.
