It was announced earlier this week that he would be leaving Xiaomi and it now appears that his new home has been revealed.

The news came from Facebook Chairman and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, who let the world know through his social media network that Barra would be joining Facebook and oversee the virtual reality component of the company. To be more clear, Barra will be Vice President and also oversee Oculus or as he put it, the «VP of virtual reality (VPVR!)»
