\"NewsHub\"REDMOND, Wash. \u2014 Nov. 30, 2016 \u2014 Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend is payable March 9, 2017, to shareholders of record on Feb. 16, 2017. The ex-dividend date will be Feb. 14, 2017.
