Microsoft today released its second Xbox One Insider Preview build to the Alpha ring this week, bringing the build number to 15046. It only lists miscellaneous fixes and known issues in the notes.<\/b>
It’s only Wednesday, but Microsoft has already released its second Xbox One Insider Preview build to the Alpha ring this week. 15046.1001, or rs2_release_xbox_1703.170226-1700, follows 15045, which was released on Monday .
Preview Alpha is meant to receive two to three builds per week , and if Microsoft continues on its pace this week, it would be the first time that three builds have actually been achieved. Beta is supposed to have one or two, so given the modest changelog for 15046, it seems reasonable that the Beta ring might stay with 15045, which was offered last night.
Today’s preview only lists «miscellaneous fixes and improvements» under the section of fixes. As always though, there are some known issues:
Many of these known issues have been present since the first Creators Update preview for the Xbox One, such as the Cortana ones. The update should arrive in all of its glory this April, so everything should be fixed by then.
If you’re on the Preview Alpha ring, you can grab the build by going to Settings -> System -> Updates. If not, you can work your way up by completing Surveys and Quests in the Insider Hub, but if you become inactive, you can be demoted as well.<\/p>\n
