It appears that LG is trying to beat Samsung to market by announcing its handset and releasing it well ahead of its competitor. A new report states that LG will debut the G6 during Mobile World Congress and make it available two weeks later on March 10.
LG is in a position to mount its successful return after last year’s disappointing modular experiment with the G5. While there are rumors that LG might nix the G6’s modular capabilities , it appears that the company is focused on offering the best for its handset. The handset is rumored to look similar to its predecessor but will offer a larger and unique display.
