Nintendo has announced plans to offer an Expansion Pass for its upcoming title, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The expansion will cost $19.99 and be available for the Switch and Wii U.
With The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild set to be released alongside the Nintendo Switch in less than a month, Nintendo has announced that players will be able to purchase an Expansion Pass for the title.
In purchasing the pass, players will gain access to a pair of downloads that will offer additional content for the game.
The first expansion that is slated to arrive this summer will offer players “a Cave of Trials challenge, a new hard mode, and a new feature for the in-game map. ” The second expansion, which is due in the winter, is a bit more interesting in that it will offer a new dungeon and a new original story.
