At the Cannes Film Festival today, HP announced refreshes for its lineup of Envy laptops and convertibles, including the 13- and 17-inch notebooks, as well as the 15.6-inch x360 model.
At the Cannes Film Festival today, HP announced a range of devices “that reinvent the way people design, collaborate and create.” Along with a new Spectre x2 device, the firm also refreshed its 13- and 17-inch Envy laptops, and introduced a 15-inch Envy x360.
The new Envy x360 comes with a FHD 15.6-inch display, and a variety of processor options that include an AMD A9, A12, FX, Intel Core i5, or i7. The various configurations offer up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB HDD.
But as with all of HP’s x360 devices, it has a convertible hinge, allowing the user to fold the display back into different form factors. It supports N-Trig pens, which is the same technology that’s supported by Microsoft’s Surface devices. Coming in Dark Ash Silver and Natural Silver, the Envy x360 will begin shipping in June, starting at $899.99.
The new Envy 13 and Envy 17 come in traditional laptop form factors. They offer up to a Core i7 processor, and optional Nvidia graphics to power up to a 4K UHD display.
These devices will be available in Natural Silver and Silk Gold beginning in June. The 13-inch model will start at $1,049.99, and the 17-inch variant will start at $999.99.
