Several dozen California business leaders are alongside Gov. Jerry Brown in California as he promotes efforts to fight climate change on the global stage.
Several dozen California business leaders are alongside Gov. Jerry Brown in China as he promotes efforts to fight climate change on the global stage. The delegation led by the Bay Area Council includes executives in the transportation and energy industries, academics, investors and other business leaders. Most paid a roughly $5,500 fee for four days of events, including multiple private dinners and receptions with Brown, a clean energy ministerial and meetings with Chinese business and political leaders.
