Rock bands Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows were set to perform at the Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, but apparently a problem at the venue has forced them to cancel tonight. Matchbox Twenty posted on Facebook that there were “unforeseen issues with the loading dock, preventing the bands from being able to load their equipment on to the stage.”While the band went on to say that the performance has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 25, they noted that Counting Crows will not be able to make it due to a previously scheduled commitment. Counting Crows took to Twitter to vent. They wrote, “It’s some truly messed up s*** but I’m told we can’t load any eqmt (sic) into Shoreline tonight & the show is cancelled.”The bands say refunds will be available and that tickets for the rescheduled performance are available at livenation.com, the venue box office, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
