An 18-year-old high school student in Osaka prefecture is suing the school for forcing her to dye her brown hair black, according to a Mainichi report (computer translated).
The female student of Naoki Kan High School says she has gone through mental anguish and physical damage to her hair being forced to dye her naturally brown hair black and is suing the school for 2.2 million yen.
