The statement said that Mongolia welcomes the high-level meeting held today between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea.
“We hope that the meeting will give an important impetus towards resuming dialogue to ensure security on the Korean peninsula and confidence-building in the region,” the statement said.
