Monster Hunter World players are in store for yet another Capcom crossover, as a new trailer reveals an upcoming Street Fighter Chun Li costume for the handler.
Monster Hunter World has delivered an excellent experience on all fronts at this point and the game’s community is still tearing through the endless content. In addition to challenging monsters to take down and tons of gear to collect, the game has also been a dream come true for fans of Capcom crossovers.
Special skins, gear, and crossover items in Monster Hunter World have been appearing since the title launched and the addition of more fan service seems to be on the way. To go along with the other Street Fighter tie-ins, it looks like the next wave of DLC will add a Chun Li costume to the mix.
A Japanese trailer titled Download Content Lineup Vol.2 teases a new batch of DLC that will arrive from late April through the coming weeks. There’s a lot of exciting content to explore, but the final seconds are used for a mic drop reveal of the Chun Li costume.

According to early translations, the Chun Li costume should be available for handlers starting on April 27. Here’s a breakdown of the other previously unannounced DLC that is teased in the new footage…
Although the crossover DLC is totally aesthetic and optional, it is a very fun feature for gamers who are spending dozens of hours in this world and looking for an occasional change of scenery. So far, the reaction to nearly all of the crossover quests, items, and costumes have been incredibly positive. Although some gamers aren’t a fan of never ending DLC, the Monster Hunter community doesn’t seem to be bothered just yet.
Monster Hunter World’s Spring Blossom Festival is live until April 19th on PS4 and Xbox One.
