But now, a new report reveals that the Android Go phone will come with slimmed down — Android Go apps installed over Samsung’s usual Experience UX. Meaning, no stock Android for Samsung Android Go phone.
The South Korean smartphone maker is yet to reveal details about the phone. Rumours say that Samsung may call the Android Go phone — J2 Core. However, as this isn’t officially confirmed, this bit of information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
SamMobiles has got hold of some images of the Android Go-powered Samsung phone. The images show the phone running on Go versions with official Google apps installed. Apart from revealing that the phone will not run on stock Android, the images also highlight the design of the device.
