Tropical Storm Helene continues to look more organized late Saturday as it begins to pass the Cabo Verde Islands.
Helene is around 1000 miles behind the newly named Tropical Storm Isaac in the Atlantic as both systems move west. Helene is forecast to become a hurricane Sunday before it heads northwest into the Atlantic and could peak as a Category 2 storm later in the week. Tropical storm warnings remain in effect for parts of the Cabo Verde Islands.
