While the reference design model can boost to 1710 MHz, the boost clock of the iGame RTX 2080 Advanced OC is 1800 MHz. So out of the box, you are getting marginally better performance and the beefy cooler should be able to keep the temperature in check.

We know that the RTX 2080 Ti has been delayed and that the cards till be available starting the 27th. If you have preordered the Ti model then you should get one by the 27th.
We also know that the high-end models are going to use different Turing cores. The A-variant will be higher specced as compared to the non-A variant and this means that it will be overclocked and will have better performance and efficiency. Nvidia is keeping a tight check on who is going to review the RTX GPUs and how they are going to do so. So you should wait a while before you decide whether or not you should get one.
