A New Jersey man accused of killing his brother’s family before setting their mansion ablaze pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder Friday.
Nov. 30 (UPI) — A New Jersey man accused of killing his brother’s family before setting their mansion ablaze pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder Friday.
Paul Caneiro, 51, agreed to remain in jail until his trial on the charges, which also include possession of a firearm and knife for unlawful purposes and two counts of aggravated arson.
“When an individual is charged with four counts of murder, the likelihood of him being released from detention is pretty close to zero,” his lawyer, Robert A.
