Mike Tyson is bringing a cannabis-friendly music festival to Desert Hot Springs in 2019

This cannabis-friendly festival will take place at the future location of Mike Tyson’s 420-acre glamping spot, entertainment venue and cannabis research facility.
What do kindness, marijuana and Mike Tyson have in common? They’re the basis for a new music festival slated to arrive in Desert Hot Springs in February.
The Kind Music Festival, which hasn’t yet announced acts but describes itself as an all-ages music festival that embraces California’s updated cannabis regulations, will debut on Feb. 23 at the future site of the Tyson Ranch Resort, owned by former heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson.
So what are those updated rules? Assembly Bill 2020, which was signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown, goes into effect at the beginning of the year.
