Bryan Cranston defends playing a quadriplegic in ‘Upside’

Cranston, who has won six Emmys, said being cast in the role came down to a “business decision.”
Bryan Cranston is defending his role in the new film “The Upside” in which he plays a quadriplegic.
The actor, 62, is under fire because some believe the role should have gone to a disabled person instead.
“We live in the world of criticism, if we’re willing to get up and try something, we have to also be willing to take criticism. We’re very aware of the need to expand the opportunities for people with disabilities,” he shared with the Press Association ( via Yahoo).
