Dakota Theriot, the man accused of killing five people in Louisiana, was captured Sunday morning in Richmond County, Virginia, according to a joint statement from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office
“This is probably one of the worst domestic violence incidents I’ve seen in quite a while,” Webre said.
