The characters of the Emmy-winning show Modern Family will say their final goodbyes in their upcoming 11th season. The award-winning sitcom has been renewed for another run of episodes as Season 10 draws to a close, but it’s sure to be their last, according to ABC.
The Disney-owned network announced the decision to bring Modern Family back for one more season on Tuesday at the TCA winter press tour. “Chris and Steve have created one of the most seminal and iconic comedies in television history,” said ABC Entertainment President Karey Burke. “In its final season, there will be more milestone events that anyone who has been a fan of the series won’t want to miss.
