A woman was allegedly beaten by a group of people after a car accident on Detroit’s west side on Wednesday, police said.
Police told the Free Press officers responded to the scene of an auto accident in the area of West Boston Boulevard and Linwood Street and found a 28-year-old woman conscious, but lying on the ground.
Medics conveyed her to the hospital for her injuries. Police said witnesses told officers the woman was involved in an auto accident with a red Ford Taurus and a fight ensued between her and the occupants of that vehicle.
Officers spoke to the woman in the hospital, who said she was assaulted by a group of people.
