Amazon is readying a Prime Video UWP app for Windows 10, preview spotted in the Store

A new preview version of the Amazon Prime Video UWP app for Windows 10 has been spotted in the Microsoft Store. Screenshots of the app reveal a full-featured native Windows 10 client for the service.
Amazon’s video streaming service, Prime Video, has been present on most of the major platforms for a while, including on Chromecast and Android TV. However, an obvious omission is Windows 10, as there is still no native app on the platform. While the service has been available on Xbox One since November 2017, the only way to access it on Windows 10 is through a web browser.
That may soon change, as a new Universal Windows Platform (UWP) version of Prime Video has been spotted in the Microsoft Store in preview form by Aggiornamenti Lumia.
