Last week, Sony set the tone in the video game industry, delaying their big PlayStation 5 showcase in order to make sure they weren’t “celebrating” in the wrong moment with protests all around the country after George Floyd’s death, and every night new acts of police brutality against the anti-police brutality protesters found their way online.
Well, the protests are still going on and the issues with police have not been solved, but this seems to be more or less “restart week” in the video game industry where last week’s delayed things are now going forward. That includes the PS5 show, and here’s what it is, when it is, where to watch, and what to expect.

Sony’s PS5 showcase is Thursday, June 11 at 1 PM PDT,4 PM EDT,9 PM BST.

Sony has cautioned that the event will be streamed with 1080p,30 FPS, so things will not look quite as good as they will when you are playing on an actual PS5 on your TV when things are 4K,60 FPS.
