MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) — A tropical depression formed Monday in the Gulf of Mexico on the official first day of the Atlantic hurricane season and forecasters warn it could become a tropical storm during the night or on Tuesday.
It would be named Cristobal and its cabable of dumping heavy rains over parts of southern Mexico and Central America.
