Sony Interactive Entertainment finally unveiled the console design of PlayStation 5 earlier today, or designs for that matter. There will be not one but two different models to choose from at launch just as previous reports dictated.
Besides the standard edition, Sony will be launching a PlayStation 5 digital edition that forgoes the physical disc drive. The console manufacturer has not confirmed any other differences such as weaker hardware components at the time of writing. Without the physical disc drive, the digital model will be sold at a more affordable price compared to the standard PlayStation 5 model.
