The 35-year-old was shot multiple times and taken to Trinity Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The girl was struck in the head and leg and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said. The boy was struck in the leg and was in good condition at the same hospital.
