Michigan football won't play in bowl game; disappointing season ends at 2-4

The Michigan Wolverines were not selected for a bowl game on Sunday afternoon. They will finish the season 2-4.
Michigan football’s 2020 season has officially come to a close. The Wolverines were not selected for a bowl game on Sunday afternoon. They will finish the season 2-4. U-M’s last game was Nov.28, a loss to Penn State in Ann Arbor. Shortly after, a COVID-19 outbreak forced the team to shut down in-person activities and go virtual. Michigan ended up canceling three consecutive games against Maryland, Ohio State and Iowa as it dealt with the outbreak.
