Windows 10X Reaches RTM, Public Launch in the Spring

The calendar seems to follow major Windows 10 spring updates
Windows 10X, the ambitious project that’s supposed to bring Microsoft’s operating system to both single- and dual-screen devices, has reportedly been finalized, with the debut now expected to happen in the spring. Microsoft watcher Zac Bowden says the final Windows 10X build is 20279, and from this point until the go-ahead is given for the public launch, the company just wants to focus on fixing bugs and improving the general performance of the operating system. Worth knowing, however, is that Windows 10X won’t be published as a stand-alone operating system, but only installed on devices coming with it pre-loaded.
