TechRadar discovered an entry in the Microsoft 365 product roadmap that says “Word for Windows: Text Predictions” is currently in development, with a March 2021 release. Redmond first tipped the text-prediction feature in September, when it had a limited rollout for Word beta testers and Microsoft 365 Word on the web users, as well as Outlook.
