As the country reopens, cases are rising again.
Despite Covid cases being on the rise again, America keeps on reopening, with many areas undertaking their broadest reopening efforts since the first big Covid outbreak in the U.S. more than a year ago, but restrictions still widely vary across the country—here are where some strict rules are still in place. There are nuances to many of the restrictions. Numerous areas have allowed bars that also serve food to fall into the restaurant category, for instance, allowing the businesses to operate at the capacity of restaurants. Another exception of note is that even though bars as a business are closed in Massachusetts, restaurants in some cases can allow customers to sit at a bar area to dine.
